The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere and convenient location.
The hotel is basic, the decor and furnishings are quite shabby and the local area isn't great. On the plus side, it's very convenient for Shadwell DLR, cheap to stay, staff were friendly and breakfast was good (fresh melon as well as the usual cereal and toast etc). Overall OK for somewhere to crash overnight if you are on a budget.

Close to the DLR. Hotel needs some TLC and upgrades. Staff was great. So the question i always ask myself: would i go back? No, its not central or modern enough for my liking. If you are on a budget this is a good pick.
Nothing flashy, but perfect location, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, and free Wi-Fi. All I needed for a last-minute work trip, and a great price for it!

All the staff were friendly. however there was no breakfast no lounge area ads advertised. the room was small dated and small. taps were filthy, no toilet seat. bedding was clean and bed was comfortable, the price was very cheap so....
transport links were good to get out if the area which felt rundown and unsafe.
Good value for the price in London. Neighbourhood was fine and location really close to the tube. The room had a fridge and while it was small, it was clean. Window opened onto a quiet courtyard. Breakfast had a good selection of items.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was well maintained. It's close to a tube station and not far to walk to eating places .
