great price. We asked for no service however one day we came back and they had changed sheets and stuff. we felt so violated. The manager I think his name was Abdi but he was great and helped us get compensated. He apologized and really helped and made things right.

The room has no other place to open a suitcase except for on the floor ! another 20cm of room would have made a difference. Next time I will not reserve a budget room !!

We enjoyed having the shuttle bus to and from the airport on a regular schedule which made our stay in Amsterdam so much easier especially when the trains went on strike. the breakfast buffet was enjoyable and good options available.
Found not being able to pay by cash a little frustrating especially for small purchases but otherwise very happy with our choice and would stay again if ever we are in Amsterdam again
