The hotel is above a pub, which is no issue at all & check in was easy & the room was available early for us to drop off our bags.
Although the photos show breakfast, there is none available. Apparently it was withdrawn over a year ago.
The room was decent & the bed very comfortable. The shower was nice too.
Would have been nice to have a working plug socket. My phone was on charge over night, only in the morning did I realise there was no power going to it.
Some improvement to be made, but overall a decent stay.

Great value for money- comfortable, clean, friendly staff, convenient and has charm. It's often complicated to find a good, basic room in London for a reasonable price: highly recommend this one.

The room was very nice for the price. Excellent shower and bathroom. TV and desk included. Wonderful helpful staff. Restaurant was very good on the ground floor. My only complaint is that the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Would love to see the hotel upgrade the mattresses.

Bad experience. Hardly any help, smelled strange in the tiny “king” room, dodgy people begging for money outside of the door. It’s above a pub with no lobby and the pub doesn’t even open at checkout time. You’ll sit outside waiting for someone for a while. “Breakfast” is a bag with juice, a fruit, and a cheap protein bar. Area is convenient, but there’s actually comfortable options right down the road.

The Manager is awesome. Will do anything to make your stay better. Be prepared for small rooms with a tiny staircase. Pros: comfy bed and quiet area. Convinient to busses to the City and Paddington Stn. AC works well. Cons: the rooms are tiny...

Clean, tidy, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Excellent value for the price—would definitely stay again

Overall not a bad place. Maybe not so family friendly as it's over a pub & certain nights the music & people were loud. It is in a very good location. You can walk to many sites or easily get an Uber/taxi. Staff were very helpful & friendly.
