PROs - Great location - Well equipped in the way of dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies - Very aesthetically pleasing - Nice bathrooms - Comfortable beds - Nice garden area CONs - Trash cans were full on arrival - Listing claimed to provide a fan, but there were none on site. Forced to buy/borrow fans for ventilation. - Garbage disposal did not work for the entirety of our stay. Reported it to the property manager on the 2nd day and it was still not repaired when we left 5 days later. - No dish towels, wash clothes, or pot holders. - Construction on the floor above us from as early as 7 AM until 10 PM. - Listing claimed to have an ice maker, but none on site.

I was very happy with the apartment layout and content. It would have been great if fresh linens and supplies like trash bags, etc were provided weekly. It was just stocked for a week not 4 weeks, but a minor issue. Public transportation was very near by. Communications from property mgr was so-so. I was afraid I was going to land in London and not be able to get in. Still overall very happy.

If you choose to stay here, be aware that it is deep in the suburbs with very little around it and a 20 minute walk to the tubes. We were so far away from the center of everything we had trouble getting Ubers and when we did it took 45 mins to get to the center of the city. As for the property, the house name is a fair description - it is a bolt hole. It was clean, had nice linens, but was otherwise just ok. It is the right half of a modest row house duplex with nothing particularly positive. We got moved here when our original location became unavailable so I didn’t choose this place this time and wouldn’t choose it again. If you are traveling to London on a budget and are willing to put up with a residential location far from the interesting places of London, this might be the right place for you. I wouldn’t return.

Loved the flat. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was accessible only in one room. That should be looked into for the next guests. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
