Bishop rules!
Bishop was a great representative of the hotel and was very professional and extremely helpful during my stay. I’ll definitely be be back because of his efforts. The hotel is lucky to have such a conscientious coworker.

The front desk clerks were Professional and Cordial. Specially Ms Lisa who assisted us in a personal family emergency was great, my wife and I are greatful to Lisa and the Grand Concourse Hotel
