I’ve been a guest here several times. The owners and staff are simply incredible people. They care so much, about their guests and about their property. My favorite place to vacation. Started going in 2005/6, and already can’t wait until next year!

The property is gorgeous and we loved our stay. Sarah at the office was so lovely and welcoming and really helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved turtle grill restaurant and bar and Siesta Key beach is a must visit. We loved the free bus service.
The hot tub was wonderful and the bed was so comfy. The only reason i gave the property a 4star is because its a bit tired but they have a maintenance guy working there 24/7.. also one of our hot plates in our room did not work....and small tables at bedside nearly fell apart and a few things like beach chairs and fishing poles could do with replacing as getting old...apart from that its a wonderful place and it is a hidden gem. I would recommended this place yo everyone

My expectations were exceeded by the location and the courtesy of the staff. They provided everything (beach chairs, kayaking, fishing rods, etc..) at no cost and the room was clean and quaint. Despite getting in late, they sent an explanatory text where everything could be found and would give you quick answers even before you arrived. Would highly recommend for a short holiday and stay with them again.
