Important Notes
• Please advise your preferred time of arrival and departure 24 hours in
advance, and we will get back to you with a confirmation or alternative
available timings.
• A valid original passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to board the boats.
A copy will not suffice.
• Please note that only guests confirmed in the reservation will be allowed
to board the boat and they must be 10 minutes prior to the confirmed
boarding time.
• Kindly note that in case we have not received your arrival time, the boats
are subject to availability at the above timings with preference given to
guests with confirmed boarding timings.
