All flights that will be operated on Olympic Air should not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 23cm in dimension 

Passengers may carry another bag that contains a laptop or any material for reading during the flight, yet it must fit in dimension either under the frontal seat or in the overhead compartment.

Delayed / Damaged Baggage

Passenger should report any case of damage related to the baggage shipped on Aegean to the representative at the airport immediately after the flight with below details

  • The baggage tag
  • Your ID card or Passport
  • Your boarding pass

In case damaged is not obvious when passenger receive their baggage, they may inform the representative within seven days of arrival at the destination airport:

  • A photo of the damaged bag
  • The baggage tag

Aegean Airlines has no liability for 

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage due to over packing or unsuitable packing
  • Damage caused as a result of accidents/mistakes of passengers
  • Lost, broken or damaged feet/wheels
  • Lost, broken or damaged handles/retractable handles or straps
  • Items of a fragile or perishable nature
  • Musical instruments and any other special baggage which was accepted for carriage by AEGEAN and Olympic Air, under restricted liability. 

Delayed Baggage

In case of delayed baggage, Aegean Airlines will be aware of that, no need to go to the baggage service office. Passengers who use Aegean app or declared their number at the check-in point will be notified about baggage status. Passengers may be requested to fill out an online form declaring baggage descriptions and contact details.
