Just all around run down. Very sketchy. The property smelled like weed. People yelling all night. The front desk man was very pleasant and nice but everything else was pretty awful.

The hotel was extremely clean. Room was nery well arranged. Breakfast was good and everything was super clean. The front desk was super helpful. Would recomend.

The hotel itself is nice, clean. The management not so much, they were very unwelcoming and rude to me on several occasions. The breakfast was your choice of 2 cereals or oatmeal packets, dry bread for toast, some kind of little bite size cinnamon roll things (not good), or waffles that tasted funky. The area around the hotel is absolutely absurd, homeless people literally crawling all over that area 24 hours a day fighting in public or kept asking me for money or cigarettes every time I stepped outside. Was afraid walking to the 711 across the street that I wouldn't make it back with my stuff.
In a nutshell I don't plan to ever stay there again.

Reserved non smoking and got a smoking room with a roach. Desk clerk was polite and understanding and quickly changed our room. 2nd room was much better. Breakfast was out and not restocked before it's finished time.

The room itself was cozy! The Ac did it’s best to keep up with the 100 degree heat, stayed comfortable though!
Don’t outside after 10pm, lots of wanderers! Bring all important items inside and lock your car! Never had an issue but better to be safe than sorry!

Great stay
Great stay at Mimosa, communication was excellent for time of booking to checking out, very spacious room with everything i needed. Would highly recomend.

Quaint accommodation
The accommodation in the main main bedroom is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and the decor is very pleasing. There is no common area to relax or air conditioning. This is great place if you are using it as a base to sleep.

Ideal place to stay
I had a wonderful stay at Mimosa. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Memre and Beau are ideal hosts; they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
