‘Self contained’? - incorrect. Not even a toaster, sharp knife, usable pots and pans, nothing for oven, no lights in kitchen, range hood didn’t work so fire alarms going off, outside unusable due to ground covered in green moss.

unit comfortable. easy to public transport. undercover parking was free. A toaster would of been handy, frypan was really small and only 1 saucepan which was huge. no tongs. ran out of toilet paper, reception was never there and phone you had to ring, no one would answer. overall stay was enjoyable. also after 2 days of stay, reception sent a couple up to our room for their stay. after that our room keys would not work. and had to be redone.

Our unit was in the rear Tower and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean. The unit was well equipped and Reception staff were very informative. The general cleanliness could be improved particularly around the edges of the Room. Shower was great and the Unit was close to the city and other City facilities.

Well i arrived at night and there was no toilet in the bathroom. And the bedroom lamp died the first night and there where dead flowers in a vase and the kitchen sponge was kept under the sink smelling horrible and had that wet smell and was clearly unhygienic. And the cups and plates weren’t that clean and same for couple cutlery items and the shower had little bugs that like the dark and moisture; so they would always be in the shower when i showered. Postive was the bed was comfy and the couch and the location to the hotel was close to the train station.

In one word - disgusting. The owners of this establishment need to be held accountable for the EXTREMELY UNSANITARY conditions of both the rooms and BEDDING. The few people who work there are completely overrun trying to manage this facility.
